10-Year Structural
Covers the core structural integrity of your home from the date of possession.

1-Year Systems
Covers major home systems. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be addressed promptly.

Manufacturer
All manufacturer warranties are transferred to you at settlement with documentation.

- Garage door & opener
What's Not Covered
Per NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines, these items fall outside builder warranty scope.
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Damage caused by lack of proper maintenance
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications
- Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, severe storms)
- Secondary or consequential damages
Emergency Contact
What Qualifies
- Safety threats (gas leaks, electrical hazards)
- Total utility failure (no heat below 45°F, no A/C above 90°F)
- Active water/gas leaks requiring immediate shutoff
Non-Emergency Examples
- Dripping faucets or fixtures
- Single outlet or switch failures
- Appliance questions (contact manufacturer directly)
- Cosmetic concerns or minor adjustments
Non-emergency requests are handled during normal business hours.
Warranty Requests
Warranty service is for homes built by Trigon. Call our office and we will open a request for you — have your address and, if you can, a photo of the issue ready.
Out-of-warranty or maintenance-related issues may incur service charges.
Start a Warranty Request
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For a safety threat, an active leak or a total utility failure, use the emergency extension above instead.
