Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. You'll continue for about half a mile before the road becomes James Madison Highway—just stay straight through that transition for another 1.1 miles. You'll then navigate through a series of roundabouts on Colonel Jameson Boulevard (just follow the flow and keep slight right at the first one, then straight through the next), which will take you about a mile total. After exiting the final roundabout, take a slight right onto Sperryville Pike (US 522) and follow it for 4.8 miles as it winds through the countryside. Turn right onto Scotts Mill Road for 0.9 miles, then make a left onto Moses Place—your lot will be on the left just 0.2 miles ahead. You'll know you're there when you spot open land with survey stakes marking the property boundaries.
