Amissville, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly 1.6 miles. Then turn right onto Rixeyville Road (VA 229), which you'll follow for the bulk of the drive—about 13.3 miles through some beautiful Culpeper County countryside. Just before Amissville, turn right onto Lee Highway (US 211) for a quick 500 feet, then turn left onto Old Bridge Road (SR 622) and drive about a mile. From there, follow the final unnamed road to your right for a short distance to reach the lot. You're looking for open land in a rural area—survey stakes or cleared boundaries should help you spot it. Since this final stretch is pretty remote, GPS can get a little fuzzy out here, so feel free to give our office a call if you need any clarification!
