Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, you'll turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly two miles through the countryside. Then turn right onto Eggbornsville Road (SR 729), and you'll stay on this rural road for about eight miles as it winds through Rixeyville—this is a pretty stretch with open fields and tree lines. You'll know you've arrived at the lot when you see the property on Eggbornsville Road; look for survey stakes or cleared land marking the parcel. Since this final section is quite rural, GPS can be a bit spotty out here, so feel free to give the office a call if you need any clarification once you're in the area.
