Rixeyville, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, you'll turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly two miles through the countryside. Then turn right onto Eggbornsville Road (SR 729), where you'll travel about eight miles through rural Culpeper County until you reach the lot on your right. You're looking for open land along Eggbornsville Road in the Rixeyville area—keep an eye out for survey stakes or property markers. Since this final stretch is pretty rural, GPS can be a bit spotty out here, so feel free to give our office a call if you need any clarification once you're in the area.
