Rixeyville, Culpeper County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn right onto Brandy Road, heading west. After about half a mile, you'll turn right onto Ira Hoffman Lane and continue for roughly 2 miles through the countryside. Then turn right onto Eggbornsville Road (SR 729) and follow it for about 8 miles as it winds through rural Culpeper County toward Rixeyville. You'll be looking for open land with survey stakes marking the lot boundaries along Eggbornsville Road. Since this final stretch is pretty rural, GPS can be a bit spotty out here—feel free to give the office a call if you need any clarification once you're in the area.
