Nokesville, Fauquier County

Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn left onto Brandy Road, heading east. You'll stay on this route—which becomes US 15 Business and US 29 Business—for about two miles before merging slightly left onto James Madison Highway (US 15 and US 29), where you'll continue for a good 18 miles heading south through some beautiful Virginia countryside. After passing through the Eastern Bypass area, keep following US 15 and US 29 for another mile and a half, then turn right onto Dumfries Road (SR 605) and follow it for about 3.8 miles. From there, turn left onto Rogues Road (SR 602) for two miles, then right onto Kennedy Road (SR 652) for a short half-mile stretch. Finally, turn right onto Toler Drive—you're almost there—and the lot at 7325 Toler Drive will be on your left; you should see open land with survey stakes marking the property.
