Exit the Trigon Homes parking lot and turn left onto Brandy Road, heading east. You'll stay on Brandy Road as it merges into US 15 Business and US 29 Business for a short stretch before continuing straight onto James Madison Highway (US 15 and US 29), where you'll travel for about 18 miles through some beautiful Virginia countryside. As you approach the Fauquier County area, you'll transition onto the Eastern Bypass (still US 15, US 17, and US 29) for a couple of miles, then fork slightly left to stay on US 15 and US 29. Turn right onto Dumfries Road (SR 605) and continue for about 3.8 miles, then turn left onto Rogues Road (SR 602) for 1.6 miles before making a final right onto Academic Avenue (SR 1521)—your lot will be on the left along this road. You're looking for open land with survey stakes marking the property boundaries; GPS can be a bit spotty out here, so feel free to give us a call if you need any clarification once you're in the area!
