Finalize
Complete the paperwork meeting to lock in your plans, options, and all selections. This is your blueprint for construction.
Permits & Appraisal
We prepare your home plans for county permits while your lender arranges the property appraisal.
Site Meeting
Meet us on-site before foundation work begins. We'll walk the property and confirm the exact placement of your new home.
Construction
Building begins. You'll receive regular updates throughout construction and a pre-drywall tour to see the bones of your home.
Final Walk
About a week before settlement, walk through your completed home. We'll review all systems, features, and answer every question.
Settlement
County approvals, Certificate of Occupancy, closing paperwork — then the moment you've been waiting for: your keys.
