“I can be long-winded, but I'll do my best to keep this short and sweet. Working with Trigon on this build (our second home purchase but our first new build) was a shockingly easy process to navigate. We had spoken with other builders in the area, but the process was confusing and overwhelming given that many of them do not help with buying land, whereas Trigon offers the lot and the house in one "turnkey" package. That immediately put us at ease, and Walt was able to tell us off the top of his head which lots he had that would accept our preferred floor plan and stay in our budget. At that moment, we knew we were going to build with Trigon. From the jump, every question we had about any aspect was answered in a timely fashion and in enough detail for it to all make sense, but not seem overwhelming. Everyone was easy to get a hold of any time we needed clarification or to change a design idea, and it never seemed like we were getting on anyone's nerves (even though I have to assume we were with all of our emails). Even when I had to leave the country for three months in the middle of the process, I was pleasantly surprised to have no issues getting quick responses to my emails, or getting a chance to see the build in progress via face time. After we moved in, Hannah and the rest of the Trigon team were either proactively checking in on us, or quick to respond to any requests we had. Nothing is ever perfect, and of course, a few small problems arose after we moved in; however, it never took more than a single email to get the problem resolved. We don't intend to ever move again, and Trigon's ability to build a house that is both efficient and relatively "future-proof" via endless amounts of custom options will make that a very easy goal to hit. Even our toddlers are constantly saying how much more they like this house than our last house! It makes me happy to know that all of mine and my wife's hard work is paying off with a house we can pass down to our kids, and that's due in large part to the incredible work Trigon and their partners are performing. Since we first walked in on a Sunday afternoon and met Walter Sr. and Terry, to the finishing of our home, the entire Cheatle family has gone out of their way to help us. Walter Sr. spent so much time with us showing us not only property but also what Trigon Homes was all about. With his honesty, forthrightness and knowledge he made us feel comfortable and confident that we could do this. We quickly met Terry and immediately she helped us prepare our old home for sale, which included having a Trigon crew sent to our old house to do some difficult repairs.
